The harmonized vocals are the only saving grace of this otherwise average number. -Megha
Run of the mill song. -Zafar
Good piano prelude, that’s about it - otherwise, garden variety Arijit crooner. -Arun Verma
Sachin-Jigar have done a great job with the beginning piano piece and using Shreya beautifully in the lower octave. -Vaishali
The singing is a ‘2’, really, but one extra point for being the first song I can recall that implements the male voice falsetto so smoothly. I’m no fan of Arijit’s, but he deserves kudos for the élan with which he handles it. -UVR
Very good singing, especially the falsetto. I like the modern & minimalistic feel that works very well with the tone of the scene. This song is in my iPhone playlist and I've given it many a listen. -Arun Simha
A nice enough, mellow song that's overly dependent on its hook line. -Param
This song sounds different from the current pattern, but I am not much impressed by anything other than singing. -Yunus
Only point(s) for SJ's catchy hook line. -Meera
Meh. Good to put somebody to zzzz... -Nishant
Shreya sounds nice in the lower octave. -Sanjeev
Very forgettable! In 6 months, no one will remember this song. Didn’t care about the falsetto parts (even though, I don’t really have a problem with falsettos). -Shalini Ramachandran
Starts off as a generic romantic song but has nice melody and arrangement. Interesting structure too but not sure if it is because the new 3min length limit songs have these days. -Anup
Bland meets cloying to produce maudlin. -Shalini Razdan
Arijit and Shreya (lovely lower pitched antara!) are dependably good in the standard-issue pathos of Laagi na choote. -Karthik
Beautiful harmonised singing props up an otherwise familiar sounding song. -Vipin
