It is an average composition by ARR standards though there are bits of wizardry with the violin. The singing passes the muster but hardly worth playing in the loop. -Subrat

The song does grow on you, but is still very average. Gulzar's words have some nice thoughts, but end up sounding very clunky. The insertion of the protagonist's name at the most unlikely of places, just to fit the tune is embarassing. -Aditya
