As the song starts, it feels like Shreya is trying too hard to show that she can also do the “premi 75” type mujra song, but her voice is too sweet for that kind of a thing. But by the time the song ends, she gets into her comfort zone, and boy does she sound good. -UVR
Exceptional singing! Shreya seems to have a discovered a whole new voice! -Renu
I guess I like Shreya Ghoshal when she doesn't try to sound pure and sweet - a well executed mujara showcases her strengths much better (let's leave the art of 'unaffected simplicity' to the old masters - "nanhi kali sone chali" may never happen again). -Armeen
Shreya's singing makes the song all the fun that it is. Not that it reduces the background things, but she's exceptionally good here. -Harshit
The arrangement is good and AT again tweaks the folk template with his improvisation. Shreya surprises with a song that is unusual from her regular fare. -Subrat
Veers too much into the flippant territory for my taste but Shreya sounds like she's having a ball. -Shalini
Despite some cheesy lyrics, the song is appealing for its insouciance. The usage of traditional instruments is also appealing -Aditya
Though technically good, I found the execution of this concept a little 'phony' – Shreya's rendition was not able to get rid of its urban taste. -Ramanand
Shreya Ghoshal rendering almost-a-qawwali just brilliantly. -Nishant
Shreya Ghoshal proving that even fast wacky numbers are not beyond her reach. -Vipin
Doesn't jell for me. -Ashok
