पंडित छन्नूलाल मिश्र ही हमें उस शाश्वत सन्नाटे में ले जा सकते थे जिसकी यह गीत बात करता है। उनका सोलो वर्जन मुझे बेहतर लगता है। श्रेया अपने आप में अच्छी गायिका हैं लेकिन पंडित जी के साथ गाती हैं तो साधारण लगती हैं। -Gurav
Bass-Creepy and Cool, Drumbeat is good, Synths and strings are interesting, The low pitch adds to the creepiness of the song, which makes it all the better. Shreya Ghoshal still needs to work a lot on her classical singing to make it appealing. -Malini

I love love any raag based song and this one is pretty enchanting. Reminds me a bit of Kumar Gandharwa. Shreya has done her part reasonably well but nothing compared to the real "pandit". Beautiful and profound lyrics. -Sowmya
Suprise package of the year, isn't it? Prasoon Joshi upstages SEL with this single track. Pt Channulal Mishra and Shreya Ghoshal elevate the composition with their contrasting voices. -Subrat
प्रसून जोशी प्रतिभाशाली कलाकार हैं और एक अच्छे गीत की रचना करनें में सफल हुए हैं. हालांकि पंडित छन्नू लाल मिश्रा की प्रतिभा और ख्याति अनुरूप अवसर साबित नहीं हो पाया है ये गीत और उनके स्वरों को वो उड़ान देने में असफल रहा है जिसके लिये वे जाने जाते हैं. मगर फिर भी एलबम की सबसे बेहतर प्रस्तुति है. प्रसून के बोल अच्छे हैं और वाद्य संयोजन भी गीत को माहौल देने में सफ़ल रहा है. फिर भी उनके संगीतकार के रूप में आकलन के लिये ये एक गीत काफ़ी नहीं है. -Pavan
Would have liked to hear Shreya Ghoshal try some 'kha.Daa/de-stylized' singing for a change. If SEL bothered to enlist Chhannulal, they should have done more with him. -Armeen

Lovely opening music and nice tabla beats. However whatever good Shreya does, Channulal Mishra spoils. The song would have sounded better with a better sounding male singer or just as a Shreya solo. -Ketan
Channulal Mishra reminds one of Ustad Sultan Khan on initial listen. A dramatic song that does not drag. Shreya Ghoshal is pleasing to the ears. -Shashi
